Founded in 1986 by Civil Engineers Ahmet Arifoğlu and Mustafa Lord, ARİFOĞLU İNŞAAT şti ltd, which emerged from LORD İNŞAAT Ltd.
It was established in 2015 by Civil Engineer Ahmet Arifoğlu and Civil Engineer Nevzat Arifoğlu (father-son).
LORD Construction Ltd, which has the principle of accuracy, honesty, completing the work on time and customer satisfaction, has a 1st Class Construction Contractor certificate, completed many public and private building constructions before its time until 2015, when it stopped its activities and gained the appreciation of the relevant people.
Arifoğlu İnşaat Şti Ltd, which they established in 2015 with Ahmet Arifoğlu, a Civil Engineer with 41 years of experience, and his son Nevzat Arifoğlu (experience + young and dynamic generation), who is a Civil Engineer, started to work with the Build-Sell method in the first place, and Arifoğlu 3 and Arifoğlu 4 Apartments were built first. . Later, Arifoğlu 5-6, Arifoğlu 7-8 and Arifoğlu 9 Apartments were built. Later, the Hamitköy Villas project was completed, and then the Taşkent villas project was completed.
Now it continues with the Ceratonia Homes project in Tatlısu region.
